At Merchant Services Network we felt it was important for our clients and future clients to get a sense of our values, so we decided to define some of those values. Strangely, most companies do not commit to their values in writing for their clients to see. It never occurred to us not to. Every employee of Merchant Services Network contributed to these values, and every employee is committed to living up to the standards they represent, because these core values truly reflect the commitment we have to our clients and to our business.

What We Believe
SERVICE: We believe that excellent customer service is a path, not a destination. It is something that must be focused on and re-evaluated daily to stay on the right track. Excellent customer service takes long-term commitment to stay in touch with our clients’ needs and to be prepared to help them with those needs.
INTEGRITY: Often in business, integrity is challenged by the quest for profit. Doing the right thing is not always the most profitable thing. Integrity is knowing what the right thing to do is…and then doing it.
TEAMWORK: We believe in the “Power of One”, different people with different backgrounds and different ideals joining together to make one team. Varied backgrounds and experiences make it possible for us to understand and help more of our customers on a level that is comfortable for them.
COMMITMENT: All of the employees at Merchant Services Network have committed to take “ownership” of every client who calls our office with a question or concern. When there is an issue for a merchant or an agent bank, that issue is ours to resolve, and we will not rest until a resolution is reached.
HONESTY: Telling a client the whole truth and nothing but the truth is not always the easiest way to handle an issue. However, we are committed to honesty in our business dealings all of the time, not just when it is convenient. |
